The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding! Duties will include:
Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Achieving personal and branch sales targets
Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
Building strong relationships internally and externally
Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills Required
At least six months to one year experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Ability to negotiate
Tenacity and self‑starter with the drive to succeed
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Responsive to change
