About the role Join Soulreflectors, a fast‑growing PropTech company that is improving the property industry through world‑class technology. As a Sales Development Representative you will help expand the reach of our products to estate agents across the UK, supporting higher revenue and a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Identify and engage new business opportunities with estate agents via outbound calls, emails and other channels.
Develop and nurture a pipeline of self‑generated client prospects.
Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to achieve high performance.
Deliver a first‑class customer experience at every interaction.
Contribute to product knowledge and share insights with teammates.
About you
Previous outbound B2B sales experience.
Track record of meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
Self‑motivated, proactive and tenacious with a strong desire to succeed.
Self‑starter who takes initiative and confidently makes contact with potential clients.
Curious and detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills and an inspiring product passion.
