Responsibilities
Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and a real desire to succeed.
Close business across B2B, B2C, Retail or Customer Service backgrounds as applicable.
Build and manage a full sales cycle with autonomy, including self-generation through exhibitions, sales complexes and previous customers.
Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions; participate in ongoing coaching, mentoring and career development.
Represent a leading national brand and offer customers energy-efficient products with strong guarantees and finance options.
Maintain a flexible schedule with pre-qualified appointments provided and the ability to self-source where appropriate.
Adhere to company processes and leverage latest sales aids and marketing kit (including iPad) as part of the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
Highly motivated, flexible, with an entrepreneurial flair and a drive to build a business within a national brand.
Ability to meet and exceed targets; comfortable with coaching, training and ongoing development.
Demonstrated ability to close sales across relevant channels (B2B/B2C/Retail/Customer Service).
What We Offer
Salary: £25,400 with OTE £50,000 - £70,000+ (uncapped; top performers earn more).
Additional bonus after training: £1,000 in Month 1 and £1,000 in Month 2 for achieving targets.
