We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our market-leading team, specialising in Compressed Air solutions. As part of our field sales team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding our presence across the Scotland, and promoting our industry-leading portfolio of high-performance equipment.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer relationships across the Scotland, supporting the Sales Manager and wider team in achieving growth targets.
Prepare detailed proposals and pricing strategies to win new business and support existing clients.
Lead product demonstrations, attend exhibitions, and support negotiations to successfully close deals.
Conduct on-site surveys and offer technical advice to prospective and current customers.
Champion excellent after-sales support, ensuring a high standard of customer care at every stage.
Manage and motivate a network of distributors within your territory.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activity, pipeline, performance analysis, and market trends, including visit reports, lost order insights, and budget tracking.

Proven sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or technical products.
Knowledge of the compressed air industry is a plus, but not a must.
A technical qualification or background is beneficial, but again, not essential. If you have strong sales skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the product training.
A full UK driving licence – this is a field-based role with regular travel across your territory.
Strong IT skills and a willingness to get comfortable with new systems and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – the ability to build trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Great organisation and time management, with a proactive approach to planning your day and meeting targets.
