QA Manager Location Milton Keynes | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary Up to £80,000 per annum
What you'll be doing:
Lead and evolve the QA function across both manual and automated testing
Drive a shift-left testing approach, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle
Develop and implement new QA strategies, working closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams to embed quality into delivery
Own and deliver the test automation strategy, supporting the transition from manual to automated testing
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to improve quality outcomes
Ensure QA best practices are consistently applied across Agile teams
Report on quality metrics, risks, and improvements to senior stakeholders
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a QA Manager / Test Manager
Strong background in manual and automated testing
Experience leading QA transformation initiatives, particularly manual-to-automation transitions
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing QA teams
Confident communicator with experience working across multiple stakeholders
Passion for building a positive, quality‑first culture
