Base pay range Key Roles
Design and manage production of inhouse
graphic creation for CWG and social networks ;
Assist in creating, distributing and managing
the graphic assets across all channels ;
Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing teams to develop high-quality content across channels such as newsletters, advertising, website etc.
Design and develop assets for a variety of marketing, PR, and business needs such as catalogues, invitations, press packs and other brand materials and internal presentations.
Establish creative/branding best practices to share with all relevant internal departments ;
Assist creating an efficient process to ensure that all deadlines are met (in coordination with other department calendars, timelines, and deadlines);
Graphic creation/web design of new pages and/or features on the CWG.com site
Optimise all content for social/digital across pre-and post-production (e.g., cropping and editing third party content) and perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Propose and develop
a clear, innovative, and well-defined style and aesthetic of CWG; ensuring all visual assets are consistent, compelling, and reflect the creative direction of the brand.
Manage creative outputs and development for day-to-day and weekly duties, and responsible for project timelines and prioritizing workload
Profile
A Bachelor’s degree in graphic/communication design, art direction or a related field is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in graphic/communication design in a similar role either in-house or at an agency, and/or within a luxury brand
A standout portfolio with examples of multi-channel graphic designs, including print, social, digital etc.
Strong command of typography
and color scheme
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline-driven
Elevated eye for design, layout, and ability to adhere and improve to brand guidelines
Skill set in post-production of furniture design imagery, such as:
recolouring, multiplying, masking items within a picture
Strong knowledge of: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom
Fluent knowledge and understanding of English, both in verbal and written. French is a plus.
Highly creative & innovative, with a strong interest in art and furniture design
Ability to concept design solutions with limited direction
Understanding of UX/UI best practices – knowledge of Wordpress is a plus
