Role and Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile Practices: Lead the implementation of Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban within the clearing and settlement teams.
Understanding the Domain: Cross team collaboration
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including customers, developers, product managers, and product owners.
Team Leadership: Guide cross‑functional teams to ensure high performance without compromising on quality.
Skills and Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within financial services. Prior experience with clearing and settlement processes.
Agile Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP), or similar certification is required.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
