Key Responsibilities :
Group Sales Ledger
Issue all Sales Invoices for ITG UK across 2 platforms
Be a key stakeholder in the onboarding of new clients & franchise clients
Identify & implement efficiency initiatives to speed up the order to cash cycle
Assist in the development and implementation of a robust inter-company invoicing process
Control Invoicing process for overseas subsidiaries
Staff Support and Development :
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to theAP, AR and Treasury teams
Foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
Address staff inquiries and concerns promptly.
Credit Control Performance :
Monitor credit control processes, including collections, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
Provide medium term Inflow forecasting
Analyse credit risk and recommend improvements to minimise bad debt.
Collaborate with Credit Control Team and other stakeholders to optimise credit policies.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) :
Develop and maintain SLAs with internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
Resolve customer-related inquiries within agreed-upon timeframes.
Finance Systems Management :
Work with the Group FC and others to help develop the usage of the Finance System (Sage Intacct) to support billings / collection / payment
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements > Proven experience in finance shared services or similar roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong Excel proficiency (xlookup, sumifs etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial systems, (Useful but not required - Sage Intacct / Synergist)
Ability to manage large volumes of data effectively.
Ability to work autonomously
