Content Design Lead , you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of content design across IRIS. You’ll ensure our content meets both user needs and business goals — driving consistency, clarity, and measurable impact across our product suite. This isn’t just about crafting words — it’s about influencing strategy, guiding user experience, and embedding content design as a cornerstone of how we deliver world-class software. What You’ll Do
Act as the go-to content design expert, setting the strategic direction for how we communicate and design content across IRIS. Use user research, data, and analytics to guide content decisions and measure success. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and senior leaders to ensure content design is embedded throughout our product lifecycle. Champion content standards and accessibility best practices across all teams. Continuously refine content strategy based on user feedback and data to improve engagement and experience. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related field — ideally in SaaS or tech environments. Expertise in UX writing, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices. Strong understanding of user research and data-driven design. Strategic mindset — able to influence senior stakeholders and align content with business goals. Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma ,
Sketch , or
