Are you a confident communicator who loves inspiring others and you live and breathe mobile tech? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Trainer with experience in the mobile/tech sector to join our growing team. You'll be the face of one of the world’s most exciting smartphone brands — Honor — empowering retail staff to become true ambassadors through dynamic training, support, and motivation.
Field based covering:
Central London/City of London Salary:
£28,000 + £9,000 bonus opportunity | OTE £37,000 Benefits:
Company car + fuel card Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs/week
Responsibilities
Deliver hands‑on product training sessions that energise and educate retail staff across your territory.
Ensure Honor smartphones are front‑of‑mind and front‑of‑store through energetic merchandising and brand evangelism.
Build lasting partnerships with store staff, driving sales momentum and strong product knowledge.
Maintain brand excellence through regular store visits, visual merchandising, and stock management.
Qualifications
Experience in mobile phone retail or tech‑focused sales (e.g., Carphone Warehouse, EE, Currys, Apple).
Comfortable delivering engaging product demos, workshops, and one‑to‑one coaching sessions.
Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
Valid UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months.
