Responsibilities
Coach colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products suited to their needs, regardless of how they shop with us.
Lead a highly engaged team, understand their strengths and development opportunities, and support personal development plans.
Inspire colleagues to put the customer first while driving sales and profit objectives.
Create excitement and engagement when new products launch, suggesting how new tech can be brought to life.
Find ways to enhance store performance, share knowledge with the team, and drive growth.
Qualifications
Management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business.
Proven coaching skills, a hands‑on management style and a passion for building team confidence and helping people grow their careers.
Track record of identifying commercial opportunities within a department or store to maximize sales.
Approachable, friendly to colleagues and customers, confident leading a team.
Keen to learn about the latest technology.
