CIM Software joined Everfield in September 2025, with their HQ based in Southampton, UK.
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales & Solution Consultant to take full commercial ownership of our Cim200, our manufacturing solution for Sage 200 users and our Sage 200 Sales Channel.
This is a multi-faceted, senior role combining:
New business sales
Pre-sales consultancy and demonstrations
Partner enablement and support
Ongoing account management of the existing Cim200 customer base
You will be the primary commercial point of contact for Cim200/Sage200, responsible for guiding prospects from first enquiry through to sale, supporting partners in their sales efforts, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities New Business & Pre-Sales
Act as the first point of contact for all Sage200 & Cim200 sales enquiries
Qualify inbound leads and manage the full pre-sales lifecycle
Run discovery sessions to understand customer manufacturing and commercial processes
Translate requirements into clear solution proposals
Own and deliver tailored product demonstrations
Support proposals, pricing discussions, and closing activities
Product Demonstrations & Solution Design
Deliver high-quality, scenario-based Sage200/Cim200 demonstrations
Configure demo environments to reflect customer workflows
Clearly communicate value, ROI, and operational improvements
Handle functional and technical questions with credibility
Identify implementation considerations early to ensure accurate scoping
Partner Sales Enablement
Work closely with the Sage 200 partner network to support joint sales opportunities
Pre-sales consultancy
Demonstrations and workshops
Partner Account management
Act as the Cim200 solution expert for partners
Help partners position Cim200 effectively with their customers
Provide guidance on suitability, scope, and best-fit scenarios
Customer Nurture & Account Management
Manage and nurture the existing Cim200 / Sage 200 customer base
Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Additional module or consultancy requirements
Act as a commercial escalation point (working alongside support and delivery teams)
Support customer retention and long-term success
Product & Commercial Feedback
Feed customer and partner insights back into product development, roadmap planning, sales messaging and positioning
Help refine demo scripts, collateral, and partner materials
Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive solutions
Required Experience & Skills Essential
Experience selling or consulting on manufacturing ERP / MRP solutions
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: BOMs, routings, work orders, stock control and traceability, production planning and scheduling
Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles
Confident running discovery sessions and product demonstrations
Comfortable working with partners as well as end customers
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Desirable
Experience working with Sage 200 and its partner ecosystem
Experience of Cim200 or Sicon Manufacturing
Background in manufacturing operations or implementation consulting
Account management or customer success experience
Exposure to pricing, proposals, and commercial negotiations
