Base Pay Range Sales Coordinator - Geosense is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis, working hybrid 3 days a week in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

About the Role As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by managing customer enquiries and orders, ensuring that service levels exceed expectations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and a commercial mindset to provide accurate updates and support both customers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
Day‑to‑Day Duties
Positively represent Geosense and respond professionally to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
Liaise with internal teams to provide accurate updates on orders, lead times, and customer requirements.
Generate quotes, raise proforma invoices, process orders, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Support Technical Sales Engineers with administrative tasks, workflow, and ensure product knowledge is up to date.
Identify potential issues, propose solutions, escalate where needed, and follow company procedures while suggesting improvements.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B sales‑aligned role and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
Clear communication, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem‑solving.
Confident using IT systems, working independently, and supporting a team.
Adaptable to changing workloads and deadlines, commercially aware, and customer focused.
Calm, friendly, and professional approach at all times.
