£35k base, £40-60k OTE + Equity

What the job involves
Own your sales pipeline – you are responsible for driving revenue. If you see a way to improve the process, pitch, implement, and test it.
Engage directly with potential customers – build connections and provide solutions.
Work closely with our founders – shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and foster customer relationships.
Execute our strategy – scale impact by scaling volume. That means speaking to more customers, closing faster, and building momentum every single day.
Requirements
Extremely ambitious – a strong track record of exceptional performance showing you're in the top 0.1%.
Fast mover – thrives in high‑growth environments with evolving processes.
Obsessed with winning – relentlessly driven to hit numbers and create customer success.
Think from first principles – a background in STEM helps, but we value any experience that shows structured, independent thinking.
Nice person – confident, enthusiastic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with new people.

Technical – can discuss energy systems and help us build automations intelligently.
