We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join the best estate agency in the area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with the region’s most desirable properties and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms. Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and compliance checks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office. Requirements: Proven experience in the residential property sector with a track record of exceeding targets. Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
