Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales of company products.
Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions for the needs of current and future contractors, architects and customers.
Define, build, implement and monitor a Sales Plan, including sales strategies, targets and priorities.
Create action plans for defined sales targets and work with suppliers to execute the plans.
Educate customers and staff on products; manage customer sample and educational stock levels.
Manage customer payments and credit in coordination with credit managers, including collections, credit recommendations and AR adjustments within set rules.
Qualifications
Knowledge of the roofing industry is an asset.
College Diploma or Degree (Business, Sales, Marketing preferred) and/or 3+ years of successful sales experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to handle difficult situations.
Authorized to work in Canada.
Ability to travel.
