About The Role As Sales and Service Coordinator at Ecofficiency, you will work with customers to process incoming enquiries by phone or email, deliver excellent service, and establish strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners to book orders. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, prioritise workload, handle ad‑hoc queries, and use problem‑solving skills to create good outcomes now and in the future.
You will work in a small team in a fast‑paced environment, enjoying teamwork while taking responsibility for your own workload and building relationships with customers. You will own customer complaints or queries, ensuring prompt investigation and resolution.
You must work well under pressure, maintain attention to detail, raise quotations for products and services in accordance with KPIs and SLAs, and negotiate and identify business opportunities.
Additional Information
Working hours: 42.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm or 8:30 am‑5:30 pm, with a 30‑minute lunch break and two 15‑minute breaks.
You will work full time in the Doncaster office; you should live within reasonable distance to DN9 3GA.
This is an office‑based role with some hybrid working available after probation.

Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills and time management; able to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
Ability to respond to pressure and meet deadlines.
Negotiation skills and ability to identify business opportunities.
Enthusiastic, driven, and determined.
Confidence with Microsoft Office programmes.
You Must Have
Delivered outstanding customer service in a previous role.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and be an effective team member.
Grade C in Maths & English GCSE.
Basic IT skills – proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You May Have Experience working in the waste industry.
