Role Description The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage our Enterprise Account Executive team, driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring the success of enterprise-level customers within the assigned region. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
Responsibilities
Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Provide coaching and development to ensure the professional growth and success of each team member.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with overall Fonoa goals and objectives.
Drive new business development, expand existing accounts, and identify opportunities for growth within the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Fonoa (Marketing, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.
Regularly analyze sales performance data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver value.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to resolve issues and support ongoing success, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior leadership.
Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to drive sales productivity and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications
Proven sales leadership experience, with a focus on leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in an enterprise sales environment.
Experience in a scale-up environment (Series A‑C), tax technology, financial technology, or related industries is a strong plus.
Experience executing both Account Management and New Logo GTM strategies.
