Job Description
Manage day-to-day client interactions and internal operational workflows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, fostering collaboration and identifying opportunities for growth.
Handle invoicing and payments, including issuing client invoices, tracking receipts, following up on late payments, and making bank transfers, ensuring smooth financial operation.
Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making and improve performance.
Provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
Contribute to product development by sharing client insights, testing new features, and providing feedback for product roadmaps.
Stay informed about industry trends, gather feedback, and propose data-driven improvements.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in client servicing, customer success, relationship management, or financial operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
Highly detail-oriented and confident working with numbers.
Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
Familiarity with accounting systems such as Quickbooks or Xero.
Self-starter who thrives both independently and in small teams.
Experience in the market research or advertising industries, particularly engaging with large client portfolios, is a plus.
