We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong content and UX design skills to help shape intuitive digital experiences that attract, engage, and educate investors. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team to deliver thoughtful, user-centred design solutions for a public-facing website.
What you’ll do
Design and prototype in Figma using a robust Design System (Storybook)
Collaborate across teams to understand customer needs and create accessible, user-friendly designs
Translate complex investment and financial concepts into clear, plain-English content
Produce and adapt different content types (microcopy, marketing, help, instructional) across digital journeys
Support research activities by helping shape test plans, prototypes, and insights
Lead design reviews, ensuring alignment with product, compliance, and legal stakeholders
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in Product Design and Content Design, ideally in finance or another regulated industry
Strong understanding of accessibility, UX principles, and Agile delivery
Experience in the Finance field with experience working with Data / figures
Skilled in Figma, Storybook, and ideally AEM for content management
Familiar with GOV.UK content standards and writing for accessibility
