Beyond the capsule, DITTO is building a movement – combining credible science, thoughtful design, and inclusive storytelling to change how menstrual health is perceived and supported. As we grow, design will be central to how we communicate, connect, and inspire.
About the Role As DITTO’s
Social Media & Community Manager , you’ll own and elevate the brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. You will lead end‑to‑end social content planning, creator collaborations, community engagement, and social‑led brand storytelling.
You’ll work closely with marketing and science teams to build a distinctive social identity that blends science with culture, empowers our community, and drives meaningful engagement and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is hard working, creative, proactive, socially fluent, deeply organised, and passionate about building purpose‑led brands. You should naturally spot trends, understand engagement psychology, and feel energised by connecting with creators and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Own DITTO’s social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and other emerging channels.
Plan and execute a high‑performing content calendar that blends education, storytelling, science‑led insights, and trend‑led formats.
Develop best‑in‑class short‑form content – scripting, storyboarding, briefing, and supporting production as needed.
Identify cultural moments, social trends, audio hooks, and visual styles that align with DITTO’s mission and aesthetic.
Analyse performance across channels and optimise content based on insights, platform behaviours, and audience data.
Ensure all content reflects DITTO’s tone of voice, scientific credibility, inclusivity, and design‑led identity.
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
Lead outreach to emerging creators who share DITTO’s values, voice, and aesthetic.
Build strong relationships with creators from discovery and briefing through to content delivery and performance review.
Co‑develop storytelling moments and creator‑led campaigns that feel authentic, mission‑driven, and highly shareable.
Track creator performance, assess impact, and refine partnership strategies based on engagement and audience response.
Manage product seeding, gifting strategies, and organic advocacy.
Community Management
Engage daily with comments, messages, and community conversations.
Build a loyal, safe, and inclusive community through thoughtful engagement, education, and relatable storytelling.
Proactively spark conversations, respond to cultural moments, and amplify community stories and testimonials.
Monitor sentiment, identify patterns in feedback, and share insights that shape content strategy and brand messaging.
Partner with customer experience to ensure community enquiries are resolved with care, accuracy, and clarity.
What We're Looking For You are someone who:
Is highly creative, culturally plugged‑in, and passionate about social media as a storytelling medium.
Socially native – you intuitively understand how platforms, trends, and audiences behave, and naturally know what makes content land.
Is proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.
Is a doer: resourceful, hardworking, and excited to roll up your sleeves and shape a growing brand.
Understands how to build community, nurture engagement, and create content that resonates deeply.
Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple moving parts with precision.
Balances creativity with analytical thinking – able to interpret insights and adapt quickly.
Cares about purpose‑led brands, women’s health, and reshaping conversations around menstrual wellbeing.
Preferred Experience
1+ years in social media, community management, content creation, or related digital roles.
Strong understanding of menstrual health conditions.
Experience producing short‑form content (even if from personal or freelance projects).
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems.
Experience working with creators or managing partnerships.
Start‑up experience or interest in health/wellbeing brands.
