I’m working on behalf of a respected organisation within the sports and events sector, who are looking to appoint a
Digital Marketing Manager
to play a key role in shaping and delivering their digital strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, data-driven marketer to take ownership of campaigns that engage audiences, enhance commercial performance, and elevate the digital presence of a well-known brand in sport. Hybrid | Birmingham HQ (4 days on-site, 1 day from home) What You’ll Be Doing: Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns across paid media, email, CRM, and SEO. Manage and grow digital audiences, supporting fan engagement and commercial objectives. Lead on CRM strategy and database optimisation to improve targeting and insights. Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using data to shape future activity. Collaborate across marketing, commercial, and content teams — plus external agencies. Contribute to digital innovation by evaluating emerging tools and technologies. 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing role (sports, gaming, or e-commerce experience ideal). Hands-on knowledge of CRM, SEO, paid media, and email marketing. Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of delivering insight-led results. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Degree or qualification in marketing/digital marketing (plus relevant certifications a bonus).
