With an established TikTok account of 20,000 followers, the project seeks an expert to manage content creation, audience engagement, and account growth, allowing the account owner to focus on their health while maintaining a strong online presence. The position is fully remote and offers flexible engagement models.
Deliverables
Develop and execute creative video concepts tailored to the cancer awareness community
Identify and leverage trending topics and formats to maximize reach and engagement
Manage posting schedules and optimize content for TikTok algorithms
Respond to messages and coordinate collaborations with other creators and organizations
Implement strategies for account growth and audience retention
Explore and facilitate monetization opportunities, including brand partnerships and sponsored content
Requirements
Proven experience managing and growing TikTok or similar short‑form video accounts, with a strong portfolio or case studies
Deep understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and platform best practices
Excellent video editing and content ideation skills
Strong communication and community management abilities
Experience with influencer collaborations and social media monetization strategies
Empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism when engaging with a health‑focused audience
Ability to work independently and provide remote support
Flexible availability to accommodate varying workload and project needs
