We’re looking for a Senior Digital Copywriter to craft our tone of voice across digital channels, including the website and CRM, and to bring sharp judgment, creativity, and end‑to‑end ownership to every project.
Responsibilities
Write and edit compelling digital copy across email, landing pages, paid media, and product detail pages.
Partner with CRM, Digital, and e‑commerce teams to drive engagement and conversion throughout the customer journey.
Lead end‑to‑end copy projects with autonomy, from brief to final delivery.
Maintain and evolve On’s tone of voice across digital platforms.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all content.
Use A/B testing and performance insights to refine and optimize copy.
Translate diverse feedback into clear, effective solutions.
Explore and apply AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
Balance innovation with operational excellence.
Stay informed about trends in performance, lifestyle, and digital storytelling.
Qualifications
5+ years of copywriting experience, including senior‑level work in digital content.
Strong background writing for fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear e‑commerce.
Digital‑first mindset with a clear understanding of multi‑platform storytelling and performance metrics.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Experience with AI copy tools is ideal.
Skilled at editing, communication, and adapting tone for different audiences.
Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional partners and managing complex feedback.
Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and confident navigating ambiguity.
Passion for movement, design, and cultural storytelling.
