Role Purpose To support the Marketing function in strengthening brand awareness, creating compelling content, and ensuring the seamless delivery of events and conferences. You’ll play a key role in communicating our value to both current and emerging markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Digital Engagement Own the day-to-day management of social media channels (especially LinkedIn), curating and publishing high-quality, relevant content. Monitor trends and competitor activity to ensure our voice remains fresh, relevant, and thought-leading. Analyse engagement data and provide insights to optimise performance and reach. 2. Content Creation & Communications Create visually engaging material, both static and dynamic. Help compose content for various channels including blogs, newsletters, case studies, website, and press releases. Tailor messaging to resonate with technical decision-makers, while supporting the brand’s evolution into adjacent markets. Assist with the creation of digital and print materials for campaigns, events, and business development. Qualifications
Key Skills & Experience Experience in a marketing, communications, ideally in B2B software or engineering/technical industries. Experience with graphic design and web design software packages, e.g., Adobe, Figma etc. Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging digital content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling stories. Event planning experience, including managing external suppliers and logistics. Highly organised with high attention to detail and with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Personal Attributes Proactive, hands-on, and solution-focused. Comfortable working independently in a small team environment. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into actionable campaigns Able to adapt quickly and juggle priorities in a fast-paced, global business Package
