Manager, Paid Search Based in Charing Cross Road (hybrid working), OMD EMEA is recruiting for an experienced Search Account Manager to lead Paid Search strategy and execution for one of the world’s most innovative and influential global brands.
In This Role You will oversee end-to-end Paid Search planning, strategy, optimisation, and client delivery across multiple EMEA markets. You will work alongside an exec, collaborate with cross-channel specialists, and act as a key strategic partner to both global and local stakeholders.
About You
Strong experience in Paid Search, with proven success managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
Deep understanding of both performance and brand Search strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability, with polished presentation skills.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
Confident managing budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with EMEA media landscapes.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a hands‑on, proactive approach.
Experience with 3rd‑party tech such as Kenshoo Software.
Experience working on regional or global accounts.
Previous involvement in cross‑functional brand studies or measurement projects.
