What we need: Our Sales Team Managers are key to running our business by leading the team to deliver effective stock manager and to make every customer count. In this role, you should be leading in a way that demonstrates the following qualities:
You enjoy observing, listening and communicating ways to continuously improve and celebrate success.
Are comfortable having meaningful discussions about performance.
At your best building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Like to be well planned and organised and thrive in being agile with your plans when needed.
Natural analytical rigour and can spot opportunities to increase sales.
