Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Sales Consultant to join its thriving Beyond Beauty team in Birmingham. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. As the new Sales Consultant, you will work 21 hours a week starting on a rota basis, including some weekends. The rate of pay for this role is £ per hour.

Responsibilities
Provide expert beauty advice about our brands to our customers
Deliver a memorable 5 customer experience
Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!

Qualifications
Have you worked with a luxury fashion brand before
You are stylish, fun and welcoming with a passion for fashion.
Do you have a great knowledge and passion for all things fashion?
