What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities.
Conducting cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Building strong pipelines by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Maintaining a high volume of daily outbound activity while staying positive and energetic.
Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve shared targets.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent German speaker (written and spoken).
Passionate about new business sales and prospecting.
Hard‑working, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
Comfortable with cold outreach and new business development (training provided).
Competitive, driven, and a strong team player.
Tech‑savvy, with an aptitude for learning CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and stay organised.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
