Sales Negotiator – Independent Estate Agency Location: Milton Keynes On-Target Earnings: £45,000
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join Milton Keynes’ leading independent estate agency. This highly regarded business has built a strong local reputation by blending traditional estate agency values with forward-thinking technology and modern marketing methods. The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the sales operation, managing the full sales process from first enquiry through to offer agreed. You will be responsible for generating interest in available properties, matching buyers to suitable homes, and delivering a high level of service at every stage of the customer journey.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Proactively identifying and maximising new sales opportunities
Booking, managing, and carrying out property viewings
Handling buyer enquiries and maintaining regular contact with applicants
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome
Working towards individual and branch performance targets
Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
Acting as a professional ambassador for the business at all times
Developing long-term relationships with local homeowners, buyers, and investors
The Ideal Candidate This role would suit a driven and customer-focused Sales Negotiator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering results.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in residential property sales
A strong work ethic and a target-driven mindset
The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the Milton Keynes property market
A confident and professional manner, both in person and on the telephone
A full, valid UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of approximately £25,000 per annum
10% individual commission on completed house sales
£50 per completed mortgage referral
£50 per viewing that results in a completed sale (when covering viewings)
Mileage allowance of 40p per business mile
Four-month guarantee (to be confirmed)
Realistic on-target earnings of £45,000
