What You’ll Be Doing As our IT Support Engineer, you’ll make sure our technology runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Every day, you’ll help colleagues, customers, and external partners stay productive and protected.
Deliver friendly, high-quality 1st & 2nd line support across Windows and macOS devices.
Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, mobile devices and more.
Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune/Endpoint Management.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and identity management.
Maintain documentation, asset registers, and IT procedures.
Provide remote and on-site support to customers on Windows platforms.
Assist with customer infrastructure projects, migrations, and onboarding activities.
Troubleshoot networking, cloud, and application issues.
Implement configuration changes following best practice and customer SLAs.
Your work will help keep Vivedia connected, secure, and running at its best.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is organised, curious, customer-focused, and technically confident.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and experience supporting macOS.
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, switching).
Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems, RMM, MDM, and monitoring tools.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
A desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced tech environment.
PowerShell or Python scripting.
CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MS-900.
Full UK driving licence (for on‑site visits).
