Gradus Limited . Base pay range
Permanent, full‑time, home‑based. Field coverage across Central South and parts of Southwest London. £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus 35% bonus OTE. Responsibilities
You will proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities for new build and refurbishment projects in the region. Work will mainly be through specification by architects, contractors or end‑users, leading to sales via distribution or direct account contractors. You will manage timely delivery of Contract products to the targeted market sectors and develop key customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Promote and achieve specification / brand awareness of Gerflor and Gradus Commercial products by visiting architects, designers, contractors, local authorities, builders, quantity surveyors and end‑users. Regularly organise and present CPD seminars with specifiers. Participate actively in trade shows where Gerflor exhibits and in road shows organised with distributors. Provide market intelligence on competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc. Work closely with the Regional Team and Key Account Managers assigned to the region. Attend customer trips to factories when needed. Inspect, when necessary, complaints on behalf of the company. Qualifications
Successful specification sales experience. Proven track record in driving sales growth, with a highly sales‑driven and technical mindset. Solid experience in new business development or a senior sales capacity, ideally in a similar sector. Excellent interpersonal skills and attitude. Flexible, dynamic, and highly organised method of working. Confident communicator – presenting, verbal and written. Passion for providing excellent customer service. IT literacy in all Microsoft programs. What we offer in return
