Sales Coordinator—London (EMEA support) Immediate opening for an organized, detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to join the London team. The role requires on‑site work four days per week (Monday‑Thursday) and focuses on back‑office support for EMEA internal and external sales teams and coordination with overseas offices. Responsibilities
Process new sales leads. Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients. Monitor customer accounts. Compile and analyse sales figures. Provide data and reports to support decision‑making. Track sales targets. Handle correspondence and phone calls. Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments. Organise events, conferences, and fairs. Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain databases and filing systems. Conduct market research. Stay up to date with company products and competition. Qualifications
2+ years of experience preferred; recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered. Exemplary customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages a plus. Attention to detail and accuracy. Highly developed organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative skills. Quick to learn, eager to develop a career. Proactive and driven to exceed targets. Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Language skills, toy industry experience, and logistics experience are big pluses. Key Words
