• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals in the SMB or Mid-Market space.
• Sales Methodology: Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC) and ability to implement them.
• Tech Savvy: Practical understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and web development concepts. You must be able to speak the language of our engineers and our clients.
• Tool Proficiency: Deep familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is an asset) and sales acceleration software.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, able to command a room and write compelling proposals.
• AI Adoption: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate personal and team workflows.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant experience.
• Mindset: A growth mindset with a hunger to win, aligned with HeitechSoft’s drive to build a billion-dollar brand.## Responsibilities• Revenue Leadership: Take ownership of the full sales cycle from qualification to close, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
• Strategy & Process: Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches for AI and software services.
• Closing & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations with SMB and Mid-Market clients, ensuring value-based pricing and profitable deal structures.
• Team Development: Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to sales representatives (or future hires), fostering a culture of accountability and winning.
• Client Consultation: Run deep discovery sessions to understand client pain points and craft value-rich solutions involving AI advisory, automation, and digital transformation.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive developments to position HeitechSoft as the premier choice for tech solutions.
