Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM sales and technical roles that are based in Europe, including software engineering, machine learning, and data science, enterprise account executives and sales operations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Track and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) sales and/or technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
Proven success recruiting for software engineering and GTM sales jobs.
Strong understanding of skill sets, job functions, and industry trends.
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
