Repairing and maintaining agricultural or horticultural machinery and equipment for customers Diagnosing hydraulic and electrical faults using the latest software and performing repairs, which may be chargeable, warrantable, or internal Lifting heavy machinery and using appropriate tools safely Providing excellent customer service in a customer-facing role Requirements:
Proven experience in the agricultural or horticultural industry Ability to work independently and on your own initiative Self-motivated and physically fit This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ringmer, with an immediate start subject to notice period. Working hours are 39 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm, with overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours. Salary is competitive and depends on experience, plus a company van is provided.
