Now, we’re looking for an IT Sales Manager ⭐️ To help us expand our client base and drive growth. If you have a sales background, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building long-term partnerships, this is your opportunity. As a part of our growth & business development team, you’ll be supported in your desire for new challenges and professional growth.
For a perfect match, we expect
1 year in IT outsourcing or consulting sales
Experience in full-cycle sales, using Upwork or LinkedIn
Understanding technologies as Node.js, React, WordPress, and Laravel
Knowledge of IT services and industry trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Objection-handling expertise
Proficiency in CRM tools to track and manage sales activities efficiently
Nice to have
Experience selling to enterprise clients or high-value B2B accounts
Knowledge of contract negotiation and deal structuring
Experience selling
E-commerce / Shopify solutions
and
SEO services
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities
Conducting full-cycle sales using Upwork and other platforms: from prospecting and initial contact to contract signing
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transitions for the delivery team
Proactively work on internal sales tasks to improve processes and optimize sales operations
Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes
Handle objections effectively and develop creative solutions
Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities
