Field Sales Manager
to join our growing EMEA Hospitality team. Based in Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships across your region, supporting hospitality businesses with Lightspeed solutions, and guiding them through their entire journey – from first conversations to long‑term partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
Hands‑on coaching to build a customer‑first sales experience while showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.
Coaching your team on efficient prospecting, walk‑ins, and live demos.
Spending time in the field to empower your team to generate interest through walk‑ins and customised outreach.
Utilising Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyse conversion rates, and track additional Account Executive metrics.
Driving new business targets for your team and expanding your territories by hiring and building your field sales team.
Partnering cross‑functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.
What you need to bring
Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
Management of a full‑cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants a plus.
A passion for being in the field with your team – outbound sales experience a must.
