In this role, you will empower our global sales teams with the tools, content, training, and methodologies they need to excel in solution selling. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, training, content, and operations, you will ensure reps are fully prepared to drive customer value from day one.

Designing and delivering structured onboarding programmes and ongoing sales training (virtual and in‑person)
Creating, centralising, and maintaining enablement materials (playbooks, battle cards, CRM guides, pitch decks, objection‑handling frameworks)
Ensuring sales teams are trained on product bundles, value propositions, and consultative selling methodologies
Driving CRM process adoption and providing ongoing support for tool usage and best practices
Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to align messaging, tools, and content
Tracking and reporting on key readiness and performance metrics (ramp time, content usage, win rates, quota attainment, training effectiveness)
Gathering feedback, identifying gaps, and continuously refining enablement processes and training content
Supporting sales leadership with insights, reporting, and data‑driven recommendations
What You’ll Bring
3‑5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of solution‑selling frameworks and multi‑product positioning
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), LMS platforms, and enablement content repositories
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and instructional design abilities
Demonstrated success measuring training impact and improving program effectiveness using data
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced environment
A proactive, organised, and process‑driven mindset with a passion for developing sales talent
