Join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor. Earnings start at £12 per hour, with flexible hours and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
Full training provided. No previous experience is necessary.
What You'll Do
Meet customers face to face in public at events, stalls, and businesses to have conversations with members of the public.
Understand customers' needs to offer the best solution.
Engage people in a free spinal health check using our digital app and encourage them to take advantage of our promotional offer for a full consultation in the chiropractic centre.
Demonstrate expertise about our services, learning the skills to become a trusted advisor.
Work 6–12 hours over 1–2 days, including weekend work (Thursday and Saturday), with flexibility for your schedule.
Receive £12 per hour base pay.
Earn commission payments on sales of promotional Consultation Vouchers sold (booked & paid), with potential to earn £100–150 for a day's work.
Event schedules are booked based on your availability.

Responsibilities
Attend events and other public locations with a screening stand to promote Life Balance Chiropractic.
Educate the general public about Chiropractic (training provided) and how it can support health, well‑being and better quality of life.
Interact with the public on specific health concerns, sell promotional vouchers and book clients for an in‑clinic assessment.
Collect and drop‑off kit at pre‑determined locations.
Take payments and manage the paper trail of sales.
Provide exceptional service and after‑sales service by taking payment promptly and booking appointments in a timely manner.
Report key metrics to management to monitor performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Care for kit and ensure it is kept clean and safe.
