Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and keen to start your career in Sales Operations or Commercial Administration? Do you enjoy working with data in Excel, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and supporting a sales team to perform at its best? We’re working with a well-established global food and flavour brand, recognised for its premium natural products and long standing commitment to quality and sustainability.
As the business continues to expand its footprint across Europe, they are looking for a
Junior Sales Operations Administrator
to support the international sales team during an exciting phase of growth.
This is a
hands‑on, operational role
ideal for someone passionate, ambitious, and eager to build strong foundations in sales operations, commercial support, and data administration.
The Role You’ll play a key role in ensuring the sales function runs smoothly by maintaining accurate data, supporting reporting, and handling essential commercial administration. The role is
heavily Excel‑based
and focuses on the day‑to‑day operational support that enables the sales team to perform effectively.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
Maintain and update sales, product, and customer data using
Excel
Track sales performance and support KPI reporting
Assist with forecasting and basic sales analysis
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Support the sales team with pricing administration, product information, and samples
Build and maintain prospect and customer lists
Help coordinate trade shows and support wider commercial admin projects
Act as a key organisational support for the international sales team
You’ll report directly to the International Sales Director and work closely with teams across Europe.
The role is
home‑based (UK)
with occasional travel (within the UK).
What We’re Looking For
Early‑career experience in
administration, operations, commercial support, or sales support
Experience within FMCG or consumer goods is helpful
Strong
Excel skills
and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset
A genuine interest in developing a long‑term career in
Sales Operations
