We are hunting for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator with some previous estate agency experience for a respected independent property company in the Bristol area. A focus on residential sales client care and driving successful property transactions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who is keen to develop their career with a smart independent Estate Agency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting residential sales, building strong relationships with buyers and sellers and ensuring a smooth customer journey from instruction to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Managing buyer and vendor relationships with professionalism and care
Conducting viewings and following up proactively to secure sales
Negotiating offers and closing property sales efficiently
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Supporting team targets and contributing to overall branch performance
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Confident, motivated and target‑driven personality
Good knowledge of the Bristol property market (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Professional, organised and customer‑focused approach
