Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of a client for a
dynamic and experienced Sales Manager
to build, lead, and inspire a sales team, drive revenue growth, and exceed targets. Key responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Utilize value-based selling to prospect and close new business and manage the full sales cycle Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance. Establish and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Analyze sales data, forecast future trends, and adapt strategies to market shifts. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and promotions. What is needed Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Sales or Business Experience selling in a highly competitive B2B sales environment Must have experience managing, coaching, and developing top performing sales teams Seniority level
