As a Trainee Sales Representative at Aberdeen Laundry Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Generate and qualify leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals). Contact potential customers to present our products/services and understand their needs. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements:
Recently qualified or mid-qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
