Inbound Sales Advisor - Site based Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,480 per year; Additional Pay: Bonus scheme
Responsibilities
Take inbound calls from customers within the last 6 months of their contracts
Assist with customer retention, selling additional products and services as required, and handle brand new customers
Work rotational shift pattern, 40 hours per week between 8am-10:15pm Monday–Sunday
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate, able to navigate multiple systems efficiently
Proficient in English, oral and written
Clear criminal and credit records
Provide reference within last 3 years of employment
Multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously
Ability to work as part of an excellent team
