This role Sales Operations Manager, UK – reports to the GM of Revenue Operations. Lead the UK sales operations team to drive forecasting, sales process design, analytics, and GTM performance optimisation.
Key Focus Areas
Building and leading a high‑performing sales operations team.
Owning sales analytics, forecasting and pipeline management.
Driving process improvement and system optimisation across the UK GTM engine.
Partnering cross‑functionally to enable scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic partnership with sales leaders and regional MDs to improve sales effectiveness.
Define and deliver the UK sales operations roadmap.
Own analytics and reporting across the entire sales funnel (volume, velocity, conversion).
Lead pipeline management and forecasting best practices.
Partner with Commercial Insights and Data teams to deliver actionable dashboards.
Manage and mentor a team of sales ops analysts, coaching and closing talent gaps.
Oversee agile sales project delivery and continuous process optimisation.
Who you are
Six or more years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
Two or more years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing analyst teams.
Experience leading sales ops across multiple product, channel and segment portfolios.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent business judgement.
Deep expertise in Salesforce and, preferably, sales tech stacks such as Outreach or Gong.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills.
Experience with SaaS go‑to‑market strategies and operating models.
A proactive mindset, with a bias for action and results.
