Opportunity We need an experienced
Growth Marketing Manager (Content & Social Media)
with strong content, SEO, and social execution and a growth mindset.
This is not a traditional content or generic social role. It requires integration of content, search, and distribution to drive measurable business results.
What This Role Is Not
Not focused on paid acquisition.
Our strategy is organic‑first; we do not run paid ads.
Not suitable for those with experience primarily in paid campaigns and performance budgets.
What You Will Do Content Strategy & Planning (SEO/AI Focus)
Own and evolve the content strategy, setting priorities.
Build and maintain the blog calendar.
Set and refine keyword strategy using Semrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA and competitive insights.
Content Creation & Distribution
Write blogs, landing pages, newsletters.
Produce content that ranks, converts, supports merchants.
Translate data into accessible narratives.
Repurpose content for long life.
Social Media Management
Own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn and X.
Write posts, scripts, captions; repurpose long‑form content.
Track performance, test formats, iterate quickly.
Data & Insights
Apply journalistic approach to first‑party data.
Contribute to category reports and research pieces.

Deep knowledge of search behaviour, AI SEO, and ranking patterns.
Early adopter of AI tools for research, writing, distribution.
Can name ten content & social success stories.
Owned growth KPIs and delivered results with content, SEO, social.
Constant flow of ideas, proactive contribution.
Comfort creating visuals and social‑first formats independently.
Enjoys close to work, writing regularly, executing without direction.
Thrives in fast‑moving environment with measurable impact.
Equally comfortable with strategy and execution.
Experience That Helps
Growth content, SEO content, performance content, or hybrid content‑social role.
Proficient with Semrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA, social analytics.
Comfortable with Canva, Figma, Framer, Opus clips.
Experience in e‑commerce, SaaS, or data‑led content.
Translate research & data into engaging narratives.
Understand how AI reshapes search and distribution.
Can write on core e‑commerce growth topics (SEO, CRO, email, paid media).
Familiar with Shopify basics.
Success Looks Like
Sustained growth in organic traffic.

Growth in social media followers.

Compensation Range £55K – £75K.
