Role Overview The Social Media Manager will lead SwiftXccess’s social strategy, combining paid social program management, influencer campaigns, community engagement, viral marketing, and content creation. The role requires a deep understanding of social media tactics, online marketing, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to maximize impact.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and create programs to grow membership and engagement aligned with SwiftXccess objectives
Drive new platform growth and follower activities
Develop and execute branded influencer campaigns and content strategies to increase awareness and reach
Manage paid and boosted campaigns, including tagged ads and brand-led reach initiatives
Develop reporting and tracking processes with agencies
Collaborate with global teams on social-led campaigns to maximize scale
Plan content and coordinate shoots with editorial and agency teams (including influencer sourcing and uploads)
Budget, forecast, analyze, and report on campaigns; contribute to monthly reporting
Package and distribute original and syndicated content (video, etc.) across social channels
Monitor online conversations to assess reach and impact
Work across departments to ensure alignment of initiatives across all channels
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
5+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, mobile, social commerce, display)
Proven ability to drive engagement and conversion
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Analytical capability with forecasting and website analytics experience
Excellent project management skills
Creative thinker with execution-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence management
Preferred Qualifications
Software skills: Adobe Photoshop, photo editing, HTML, advanced Microsoft Office, mastery in Excel
Experience in online marketing, influencer marketing, blogs, social media, and web analytics (Adobe preferred)
Background in B2B, B2B2C fintech, payments, or eCommerce
