Are you a growth‑focused marketing specialist ready to make a real impact in the B2B SaaS space? We're on the lookout for an innovative Senior Campaign Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across the UK, Ireland, and international markets.
This is your chance to take the lead in shaping data‑driven campaigns, experimenting with strategies, and scaling initiatives that truly move the needle.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute growth strategies across digital and offline channels.
Optimise campaigns using analytics and performance data to maximise ROI.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align initiatives with business goals.
Experiment, iterate, and scale strategies that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Be the driving force behind marketing innovation in the construction tech sector.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (at least 5 years) in B2B demand generation and digital growth marketing, ideally in B2B software, property or asset management.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital paid campaigns.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, SEO, CRO, and customer journey optimisation.
Data‑driven mindset with expertise in analytics platforms.
A creative problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
