If you are a Ford Master technician, and have considered Washington state, you owe it to yourself to apply. Moving assistance will be considered for the right candidate. You must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, as well as supplying your own tools.
*Position Expectations:*
Technicians are expected to possess solid foundational technical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in routine maintenance and repair tasks. Successful candidates will exhibit attention to detail, a willingness to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior staff. You must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, as well as supplying your own tools.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
* Conduct basic mechanical repai*rs*, including brake service, battery replacement, and belt/hoses installation.
* Assist in diagnosing minor issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
* Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to follow established repair procedures.
* Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.
* Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
* Adhere to safety protocols and dealership standards at all times.
* Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair status.
* Deliver high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Physical Requirements:*
· Frequently required to stand, bend, use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
· The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 75 pounds.
* Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
